eBay Refuses to Refund Product I Never Received
About one month ago, I purchased a collectible figure on eBay. The item arrived at Istanbul Airport customs within three weeks, but it was never delivered to me. I still do not have the product, and it has never reached my possession.
Since the tracking showed that the item was being held at the airport, I opened a return request and asked for the product to be sent back to the seller and for a refund of the amount I paid. However, my refund request through eBay was denied. I am experiencing financial hardship because I am being forced to pay for a product that I never received.
My order number is EM1013083783726FE06030089G0N. I am requesting that the item be returned to the seller and that the full amount I paid be refunded to my account.
