Parimatch Deposit Problem, Payment Declined But Not Refunded

I am writing regarding a failed deposit transaction between my Bank of Baroda account and Parimatch. On 06/12/2025, an amount of ₹28,000 was debited from my Bank of Baroda account for a Parimatch deposit, but the money was neither credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank account. The payment was shown as declined, yet the amount has still not been returned. I am using Parimatch and my Bank of Baroda account in Karnataka, India. After noticing that the amount did not reflect anywhere, I created a support ticket with Parimatch, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this failed transaction and arrange an immediate refund of ₹28,000 to my Bank of Baroda account, since the payment was declined and the funds are not available to me in any form. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and a clear confirmation to be provided once the refund is processed.
