Parimatch Deposit Not Credited - Refund Missing

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Parimatch account regarding a delayed deposit that has still not been credited. In September, I made a deposit of 10,000 rupees to my Parimatch account, but the money has not appeared in my balance to this day. The amount has been deducted from my side, and I have repeatedly contacted Parimatch through chat and email. They created tickets for my case, and three of these tickets were even marked as completed, yet my deposit was still not credited. After that, they created new tickets again, but now they are no longer listening to my problem and there is still no real attempt to solve the issue. I request that my missing 10,000 rupees deposit from September be urgently traced and either credited to my Parimatch account balance or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation for the prolonged delay, for closing three tickets as “completed” without resolving my problem, and for the ongoing lack of an effective solution despite raising this issue multiple times.
