How to Get a Refund for an eBay Item That Never Arrived
On November 24, 2025, I placed an order on eBay for a “reel-to-reel tape recorder part” from a seller named Arieh9, paying $65. My order number is 161386783538. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was January 12, 2026. However, despite that date having passed, I have not received the item.
Since the product never arrived, I submitted a request through eBay to report the issue. Despite this, the problem has not been resolved, the amount I paid has not been refunded to my account, and I am still experiencing financial loss.
I am requesting a full refund of the $65 I paid and that a proper investigation be conducted regarding this seller to prevent similar issues for other buyers.
