My Paytm payment failed but money was deducted, how can I claim refund?

If your Paytm payment failed but money was deducted;

• Contact Paytm support immediately via the app (Help → Payments/UPI → Failed or Refund issue) and report that the transaction failed but the amount was debited
• Provide your registered mobile number, UPI UTR/transaction ID, amount, date/time, recipient details, and screenshots or bank statement

Ask them to;

• Verify the actual transaction status (failed, pending, or reversed)
• Confirm whether the amount is stuck in processing or queued for auto-refund
• Share official confirmation or proof of failure/refund status

If the problem persists;

• Keep all transaction proofs, screenshots, ticket references and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek refund tracking and accountability
