Paytm UPI Payment Deducted but Not Credited – Request Refund
On 10-06-2026 I made a deposit of Rs 19,999.78 to my Dafabet gaming account using UPI via the Paytm app. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Dafabet gaming balance. I have clear screenshots and records showing that Rs 19,999.78 was debited from my account while my Dafabet balance did not increase. I have already sent these by email to Dafabet support, and I clearly explained the situation with the correct amount and transaction details, but no effective action has been taken and my issue is still unresolved. I request that this problem be resolved urgently by either crediting the missing Rs 19,999.78 to my gaming account or refunding the same amount back to my bank/UPI account, and that I receive a written confirmation once this is completed.
