Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment

I deposited 2,000 INR to my 4rabet account on 28/07/2026 using UPI via Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance. It has now been more than three days since the transaction, and the issue remains unresolved. I contacted 4rabet support multiple times via their support channel. Each time I received almost the same bot‑like response, stating that it is the payment provider’s fault, that they cannot do anything, and that I should be patient. If the money has already been deducted from my side, I do not understand how I am supposed to just wait indefinitely without any proper investigation or solution from their side. For clarity, my support ticket number is SUP-1671369 and the transaction ID is 211819832639. I also have the UPI/Paytm proof showing that the payment of 2,000 INR was completed on 28 July 2026, while the 4rabet deposit history shows the issue. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that my missing 2,000 INR either be refunded to my bank account or immediately credited to my 4rabet account balance without any further delay.
