BDG Deposit Not Received

I deposited money to my BDG Win Game account via Paytm, but the balance has still not been credited to my account. According to the attached Paytm transaction, a transfer of 1,999.32 INR was successfully sent on 22 September 2026 from Modke Rohit P*** to Sah Alom S***, yet this amount has not appeared in my BDG Win Game balance. I contacted customer service about this missing deposit, but they did not respond and my issue remains unresolved. I am very uncomfortable that my payment has been taken but the corresponding balance has not been reflected. I request that my missing deposit be immediately credited to my BDG Win Game account or that my money be fully refunded to me without any further delay.
