91 Club Paytm Deposit Deducted but Never Credited to Game Balance

I recently deposited ₹12,000 into my 91 Club account via Paytm, and although the payment was successfully deducted from my Paytm, the money never showed up in my game balance. This deposit was made just a short while ago, about ten minutes before writing this, and the balance is still missing in the game. After noticing the amount hadn't been credited, I contacted customer care to report the problem. Despite informing them about the issue, my money still hasn't been returned to me, and no proper solution has been provided. I'm requesting that the ₹12,000 I deposited via Paytm be refunded to me as soon as possible. I want my money back, since I never received the game balance for this payment.
