4rabet UPI Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment of ₹30,000

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a UPI deposit I made to my 4rabet account that has still not been credited. My name is Priyanka Tha**. On 22 June at around 11:25 PM, I deposited ₹30,000 via Paytm UPI with UTR number 209102718618 and reference UUID-c15b3786-f066-44fa-b3fb-32b33d538bc5, but the amount has neither been added to my 4rabet balance nor refunded to my Paytm account. Since this issue occurred, I have repeatedly tried to contact 4rabet customer support. However, I only receive automated bot replies that say the same thing every day, and I have not been able to reach any human agent or get a concrete solution. This situation is very frustrating, as a large amount of money is stuck without any clear update from your side. I request that my ₹30,000 deposit from 22 June at about 11:25 PM, made through Paytm UPI with UTR 209102718618 and UUID-c15b3786-f066-44fa-b3fb-32b33d538bc5 in the name of Priyanka Tha**, be either immediately credited to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my Paytm account without any further delay. I also ask that a real support representative review my case and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
