On 4 June 2026 at around 10:32 p.m., I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my Bdgwin account using FAST QR Pay via Paytm UPI, with reference number 207702810288. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, but it did not reflect in my Bdgwin balance. Initially, the deposit status in my Bdgwin account was shown as “pending,” and after two days it changed to “failed,” yet the ₹5,000 has still not been credited back to me in any form. Despite this, the money remains debited from my Paytm account. I have contacted Bdgwin customer support many times, but I have not received any clear or helpful response or solution regarding this missing deposit. I request that my ₹5,000 deposit made via Paytm UPI (reference no. 207702810288) on 4 June 2026 be immediately credited to my Bdgwin gaming account, along with a clear explanation of why the transaction first appeared as pending and then failed even though the money was taken from my account.
