Paytm Deposit Not Received

I deposited a total of around 9,000 rupees for my game ID, but until today the platform has not credited this money to my account and this has been going on for about two months. On 21 August 2026 I made a Paytm payment of 3,900 rupees, as shown in the payment confirmation screen, to the account im.201025252***@indus with reference numbers RC20260821201520741048014g and 312957030155. Before and after that, I also deposited 3,000 rupees, 1,000 rupees and 160 rupees, but none of these deposits were added to my game ID either. I contacted them many times through chat and waited for hours, but they either did not reply or gave misleading answers. I even sent them my bank PDF and UTR details to prove every transaction, but they still did not credit the money or solve my problem. Despite all my efforts, there has been no honest response or correction from their side, which seriously damages the trust of players in this game. I am ready to share my bank PDF, UTR and all other proofs again if needed. I request that all of my deposits, totalling approximately 9,000 rupees, be immediately and fully added to my game ID without any further delay. I would be extremely grateful if my money is credited properly and this issue is resolved in a clear and permanent way.
