Amount Deducted But Still Not Added

On 01/07/2026, I deposited 1,000 via Paytm to my 1win game account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account and I received a transaction reference from Paytm, but the money has still not been added to my 1win game ID. Since this happened, I have been waiting for the balance to be credited, but there is still no update in my game account. I have tried to get support, but so far I have not received any proper response or solution from 1win regarding this missing deposit. I request that the deducted amount of 1,000 be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided about what happened to this transaction and when I will receive my money.
