Game Payment Not Credited – Paytm Deposit Missing

I made a payment of 4,999.71 through Paytm on 03 July 2026 to BDG Game, but this amount has not been credited to my BDG Game account yet. The payment receipt shows the transaction as successful, however my game balance is still not updated. I request that this issue be checked urgently, my BDG Game UID is 1784*** and the 4,999.71 amount should either be credited to my game account or refunded back to my Paytm at the earliest.
