Paytm Money Debited but Not Added to Game Wallet – Refund Request

On 12 May 2026 I deposited 1000 rupees from my Paytm app to a game wallet, but the money was not added to the game balance. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account and the transaction shows as completed, yet it has not reflected in the game wallet. Because of this issue I cannot use my own money and it has caused me financial loss and stress. I also have not received any refund to my Paytm wallet for this failed deposit. I request that my 1000 rupees be refunded back to my Paytm wallet as soon as possible, or that the missing amount be added correctly to the game wallet without any further delay.
