On 4 October 2026 I deposited 1,100 rupees into my Big Daddy Game account with UID No. 12420133, but the amount has still not been credited to my balance. I made the payment via Paytm, and the transaction was successfully completed on my side. According to the Paytm confirmation screen, the payment of 1,100 rupees to Nitish Kumar Singh was approved on 4 October at 5:4 ki2 pm, with reference number 316143656601. Despite this, my Big Daddy Game account balance has not increased and the deposit is not visible in my transaction history on the platform. This situation has caused me financial loss and uncertainty because the money has left my account but is not available for my use on the platform. I request that my deposit of 1,100 rupees be immediately located and added to my Big Daddy Game account with UID 12420133 or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be promptly refunded back to my original payment method, and that you clearly inform me by what date and time this issue will be resolved.
