BDG Game Paytm Deposit Missing Despite Successful Payment

I have an account on Bdg game with the ID 13758*** and I made a deposit through Paytm that has still not been credited to my account. On 21.08.2026 I sent 5,000 ₹ via Paytm to Bdg game, but even after 5 days the money has not been received in my gaming balance and the platform keeps saying that the money is not received. The Paytm transaction on 21 August at around 06:13 PM for 5,000 ₹ shows as successful on my side, with reference number 312943499572, but Bdg game is not reflecting this payment. Because of this situation my money is stuck in between my bank/Paytm and Bdg game, and I am unable to use or withdraw it. I request that this 5,000 ₹ payment either be immediately added to my Bdg game wallet or refunded back to my original payment method, and that a clear explanation be provided as to why this has happened so that it does not repeat in the future.
