Paytm Chamet Diamond Scam: ₹1,700 Paid but Seller Blocked Me

I made a payment through Paytm using the QR scan and pay feature to purchase Chamet diamonds from a seller who was listed in the “best seller” section of the Chamet diamond box. I paid approximately 1,700 Rs at around 1:55 PM via Paytm, and the payment was successfully completed, which can be seen in the Paytm confirmation screenshot. After receiving the money, the person immediately blocked me and no diamonds were transferred to my account. I have not yet contacted Paytm or Chamet support about this issue, but I am submitting this complaint because I have clearly been scammed even though the payment was done through Paytm’s system and the transaction shows as successful. I request that Paytm review this transaction, take necessary action against the receiver and arrange a refund of the 1,700 Rs I paid, as I did not receive any goods or services in return.
