Mohalla Tech Auto Debit After Reva AI Astrologer Payment

I am an Indian user and I recently made a ₹1 payment through Paytm on 15 September 2026 for the “Reva AI Astrologer” service of Mohalla Tech Private Limited. After making this small payment, a recurring subscription of ₹699 starting from the next day was automatically activated without my clear consent or understanding. When I paid ₹1 via Paytm, I did not intend to start any kind of recurring payment or ₹699 auto debit. At the time of payment, I was not properly informed in a clear, prominent and visible way that this ₹1 transaction would create an automatic ₹699 subscription from the next day. Today, ₹699 has already been debited from my Paytm account as part of this automatic subscription, which I never consciously agreed to. I consider this an unauthorised or at least inadequately disclosed recurring charge, and I clearly state that I do not accept this deduction. I request that this automatic ₹699 subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further amount be charged from my Paytm account in the future. I also request a full and immediate refund of the ₹699 amount that has already been deducted back to my original payment method. Finally, I ask you to confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that there will be no future automatic charges related to this service.
