My Papara Account Was Closed Without Notice Despite No Wrongdoing

On September 16, my account on the Papara app was permanently closed without any prior notice. Although there were no illegal or faulty transactions on my account, this action was taken on the grounds that my financial transactions were deemed problematic. When I called customer service, I was treated like a criminal and my issue was not resolved, nor was I given a clear explanation as to why my account was closed. A similar incident occurred in August, when my account was closed with the claim that my financial transactions were problematic and would not be reopened, yet it was reactivated in September. I only used my Papara account to load money from my credit card, and although I did not suffer any financial loss, I was left aggrieved throughout this process. I request that my account be re-examined and reopened, and that the necessary actions be taken regarding the individuals who handled this review. My customer number is 1417346***.
