Papara Closed My Account Permanently While I Still Had a Balance—I Need My Funds Back

I’m writing to express my frustration and demand a resolution from Papara. Without any prior warning or detailed explanation, Papara permanently closed my account even though I had a balance inside. This is completely unacceptable.
I was using the platform actively and responsibly, and I had funds in my account at the time of closure. Being locked out without access to my money is not just inconvenient—it’s a serious violation of trust. I’ve now been left without access to my own funds, and I’ve received no instructions or timeline for how or when I’ll be able to retrieve them.
Papara, I expect you to act immediately. I demand to know why my account was closed and how I can withdraw the remaining balance. You cannot just close someone’s account permanently without ensuring they have access to the money they legally own.
Please provide a clear explanation and restore access to my funds without delay. I trusted your platform, and now I’m asking you to do the right thing and resolve this issue fairly.
