Follow these steps to close your Papara account for good:
1. Closure inside the app: Get into the Papara app, go to "My Account," click "Settings," and then click "Close Account."
2. Customer Service: If the way in the app doesn't work, call 0850 340 0 340 or email [email protected] to get help from Papara's customer service team.
3. Prepare Account: Make sure your account balance is zero by transferring or withdrawing money. Accounts that still have money in them can't be stopped.
4. If problems keep happening, take them to the next level by filing a report through Xolvie.
