I’ve been trying to close my Papara account, but they keep giving me the runaround. How can I get Papara to permanently close my account?

Follow these steps to close your Papara account for good:

1. Closure inside the app: Get into the Papara app, go to "My Account," click "Settings," and then click "Close Account."

2. Customer Service: If the way in the app doesn't work, call 0850 340 0 340 or email [email protected] to get help from Papara's customer service team.

3. Prepare Account: Make sure your account balance is zero by transferring or withdrawing money. Accounts that still have money in them can't be stopped.
