Papara Closed My Account With ₺28,500 Balance and Has Not Refunded My Money

My Papara account (account number: 154536***) was permanently closed this morning without any notice or explanation, and approximately ₺180,000 in my balance was confiscated. I did not receive any warning, notification, or explanation regarding the closure of my account; it was only stated that it was “under review.” After this, I contacted Papara customer service via both email and phone, but I only received automatic replies and no clear answers apart from being told the process was ongoing. I have not committed any rule or contract violations in my account and have never received any warnings until now. My expectation from Papara is the quick return of all the money in my account to the bank account I previously provided via email. I urgently request that this matter be investigated and my grievance resolved.
