Pandora Refuses to Process Return Without Proper Purchase Information
I purchased a product from a Pandora store, and at the time of purchase, no one informed me of the return policy. When I attempted to return the item the following day, I was met with indifference from the staff, a stark contrast to their attentiveness during the sale. They refused to process the return, citing reasons that were never communicated upfront. This lack of transparency and poor post-purchase service is unacceptable for a brand like Pandora. I am deeply disappointed and will not be purchasing from Pandora again. I demand immediate attention to this issue and request that my return be processed as it should have been from the start.
