My Pandora Ring Tarnished, Yet Not Covered Under Warranty


A few months ago, I purchased a ring from Pandora, trusting its quality. Unfortunately, the ring has tarnished despite my careful use. When I visited the store to address the issue, I was told it isn’t covered under warranty, and they couldn’t do anything to help.
This is incredibly disappointing. The ring was sold as silver with a two-year warranty, but when the product fails, Pandora refuses to honor its commitment. I paid a significant amount for this ring, expecting both quality and support from such a reputable brand.
Pandora needs to stand behind its products and resolve this issue promptly. I expect my tarnished ring to be repaired or replaced under the warranty. This experience has seriously diminished my trust in the brand.
