Pandora Cepa Tried to Sell Me a Tarnished Display Product and Ignored My Presence
Today, I wanted to shop at the Pandora Cepa store. As a customer of 10 years, I went to the store to buy the charms and cleaning kit I had previously selected. Unfortunately, no one helped me, and I felt completely ignored. I even stood near the counter, hoping someone would notice, but the staff continued chatting among themselves. Later, with a condescending attitude, they pretended to assist me and even tried to sell me a tarnished display product. When I questioned the product's condition, they brushed it off and said it was the only option available. I never expected Pandora's quality to drop this much, both in terms of products and customer service.
