Oysho Order Still Not Delivered Over a Month After Purchase

On July 12, 2025, I placed an order (No: 60078979906) at an Oysho store and paid in cash. I was informed that the delivery would take about two weeks, but it has now been over a month, and my order still hasn’t been delivered to my address.
I contacted the store regarding the delay, but they said they couldn’t locate my order and would escalate the issue to customer service. Since then, I have received no updates or resolution from Oysho.
If my order will not be delivered, I request an immediate refund of the payment I made. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and for Oysho to clarify the status of my missing order.
