Oysho Order Not Delivered to Store and Customer Service Refused to Help
On September 5, 2025, I placed an order (No: 60080904310) through Oysho’s online store, choosing the “Pick Up In-Store” option for the store. During checkout, it was clearly stated that the item would be ready for pickup on September 9, 2025. However, when that date arrived, the order was still not available for collection.
I contacted Oysho’s live chat support to inquire about the delay, but the customer service representative I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming that such delays were “normal.” They also refused to file an official complaint or offer any assistance. I paid $82 (2,400 TRY) for this order using my credit card.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such poor service from Oysho. I demand that a formal complaint record be opened, that I receive detailed information about my delayed order, and that Oysho take accountability for the lack of professionalism in its customer support.
