Even though I went to the hotel room at the selected hour intervals, the door was closed and no one was there. At 02:30 at night, which was supposed to be 1 hour in front of the hotel, they reported that there were no vacancies. It was 04:00 for me to find another hotel in that place. They did not refund the payment either. Otelz's application will be penalized, the hotel will be penalized. Couldn't call anyone for the hotel, couldn't provide transportation, it wasn't open anywhere at midnight and I couldn't get support from anyone. I started the legal process, but do not rent this paid room, they are doing business irresponsibly against the law and Consumer Rights. To bring such negativity with it by ignoring customer complaints and customer line health and visitors. Meeting with the hotel staff, complaint correspondence image, payment receipt, everything is available. Please don't fall into this trap.
