eDreams Charging Me Monthly Without Clear Subscription Consent

After completing a transaction on eDreams, a membership was somehow created without my clear knowledge, and for approximately 9 months, around $10 has been automatically charged to my card every month. Even though I never gave explicit consent to any subscription, these amounts have been continuously deducted from my ABB bank card.

I contacted eDreams customer service regarding this issue, but my problem was not permanently resolved, and the charges continued. I do not even know what type of membership I was enrolled in, yet I have been forced to pay for months without clarity.

I am currently in a difficult situation due to these ongoing unauthorized charges. I demand that any and all subscriptions associated with my account—regardless of their name or type—be immediately and permanently canceled. I also request that all future automatic charges be stopped and that the full amount deducted from my card so far be refunded to me without any deductions.
