I Face eDreams Billing Issue And Cannot Reach Customer Service

Even though I never purchased any membership through eDreams, on April 10, 2026, at 14:01:42, my credit card was charged $167 under the name “Prime Annual” without my knowledge or consent. I have never approved, requested, or made any purchase related to this membership. This is the first time I have encountered such a transaction.
After noticing this issue, I to contact eDreams, but I was unable to reach their customer service in any way. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that they could not cancel the transaction on their end. Being charged a high amount without my permission and not being able to reach the company has caused serious inconvenience and concern.
I demand that this unauthorized transaction be immediately canceled, that the $167 charged to my card be fully refunded, and that my request for compensation due to this issue be considered. I also request that all necessary security checks be carried out on my account and card information to prevent any similar unauthorized transactions in the future.
