I Face Unpaid Hotel Hosting Payments from Otelz.com Despite Fulfilling Service Agreement

As a hotel owner, I have hosted guests sent by Otelz.com, delivering full and professional service exactly as agreed in our contract. I met all my obligations with care and precision. However, I still have not received the payments that were due long ago. Despite repeated calls and written follow-ups, I keep receiving the same response: that Otelz cannot process my payment.
This is a serious breach of business ethics and fair commercial practice. I provided the service, honored my responsibilities, and yet I am being left unpaid without justification. For a small business like mine, this creates a significant financial burden. Worse, there are rumors that Otelz is facing financial issues and is unable to pay its partner properties.
This is not just harming me, but it’s also impacting other businesses they partner with. I want to make it very clear that I will be pursuing legal action if this situation is not resolved immediately. I urge other business owners to be cautious when working with Otelz, and I call on the company to fulfill its obligations without further delay.

The company Otelz still hasn't made the payments. No one calls or responds. Tomorrow I will also file a complaint with CİMER. I don't want others to be victimized. Even though they have gone bankrupt, they continue to accept reservations.
