During a transaction on eDreams, I was enrolled in a Prime membership without my knowledge or consent. I noticed this membership last month, and I can clearly state that I never selected or approved it.
As a result, a total of $33 has been charged to my card for this Prime membership. As soon as I realized the situation, I contacted eDreams customer service. However, when I requested cancellation, I was told that I had a €70 discount benefit and that I would lose this benefit if I canceled the membership. Because of this, my cancellation request was not processed. In other words, they clearly avoided canceling the membership and left me in a difficult situation.
I demand that this Prime membership, which was started without my consent, be canceled immediately. I also request a full refund of all charges made to my card under this membership. I want this unauthorized subscription to be terminated and my issue to be resolved without delay.
