On July 21, 2025, at exactly 4:24 PM, I made a hotel reservation through the Otelz.com app and paid the full amount in one transaction. My reservation number was 5564097. The next day, on July 22, I showed up at the hotel expecting to check in, but the hotel informed me that no payment had been made by Otelz.com. As a result, I was denied entry and unable to stay, despite having already paid.
I immediately contacted Otelz.com customer service and called them multiple times, but I received no resolution or support whatsoever. To make things worse, they had the audacity to issue and send me an invoice as if I had stayed at the hotel, even though I never checked in.
This experience caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted my travel plans. I am demanding a full refund immediately and an explanation as to why the hotel was never paid despite my completed transaction. I also request that the invalid invoice be canceled and removed from my account. Otelz must take accountability for this negligence and resolve this issue promptly.
