eDreams Not Refunding Flynas Cancelled Flight Ticket

I purchased a flight ticket through eDreams for a Flynas flight on March 6 with booking code UYR7RP. The flight was later canceled by the airline, and Flynas confirmed that the ticket refund was processed on their end. However, despite the time that has passed, eDreams has still not issued the refund to my account.

I contacted eDreams customer service regarding this issue, but no action has been taken and my problem remains unresolved. My eDreams reservation number is 24688184948, and I am requesting a full refund of 2,300 Qatari Riyals for the ticket.

I want this issue resolved as soon as possible and expect the amount I paid to be transferred back to my account without further delay.
