Otelz Canceled My Paid Reservation Without Reason – Unreliable Service
On February 6, 2025, I made an early reservation through Otelz, trusting that my booking was secure. However, today I received an email stating my reservation was canceled without any prior notice.
When I called customer service to ask why, they told me the hotel canceled it because their price was lower than other hotels in the area. How is this acceptable? I booked through Otelz, expecting reliability, yet they allow hotels to cancel reservations whenever they want, leaving customers stranded.
Now, after 10 days, I can’t find another hotel in the same area on the same dates. My vacation plans are ruined because Otelz refuses to take responsibility. Otelz, fix this! Customers deserve better!
