Otelz Still Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Reservation Despite Multiple Promises

I booked a hotel through Otelz.com on May 20, 2025, but after reading concerning reviews, I decided to cancel the reservation the very next day, on May 21. Since then, I’ve contacted Otelz customer service three separate times to follow up on my refund, and each time I was told, “It will be processed soon”—but nothing has been refunded to my card.

This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. For a company handling travel bookings and customer payments, this level of service is disgraceful. I did everything by the book, canceled within the allowed time frame, and followed up properly. Yet here I am, still waiting with no result and no transparency.

The customer service team is clearly untrained or unwilling to take ownership of the issue. Their only response is vague and dismissive. If Otelz promises a full refund upon cancellation, they need to honor it without delay.

I expect my refund to be processed immediately. No more empty promises. Either issue the refund now or face legal consequences. I will not let this go unresolved.
