Otelz Canceled My Early Booking Without Notice After Hotel Partnership Ended
I made a reservation through Otelz.com (Reservation No: 5495777) for a trip to Kumluca/Adrasan, taking advantage of their early booking discounts back in February. Everything seemed fine—until just before our trip, when I contacted the hotel to confirm the details. To my shock, the hotel informed me that their agreement with Otelz.com had been terminated on April 9, 2025, and all bookings made through Otelz were automatically canceled without notifying the customers.
This is completely unacceptable. No one from Otelz informed me of the cancellation. I had to personally track down the truth by calling the hotel myself. As a result, my entire family was left without accommodation. We lost our early booking benefits and now face limited availability and significantly higher prices at other hotels. Otelz’s lack of communication not only caused major inconvenience, but also financial and emotional stress.
This level of negligence is beyond frustrating. How could a major platform cancel confirmed bookings without informing the customers? We had planned this vacation months in advance, only to be let down at the last moment due to Otelz’s failure to communicate and coordinate properly.
Otelz, I demand an explanation and appropriate compensation for the financial loss and inconvenience caused. How do you plan to make up for this serious mishandling of our reservation and the vacation you ruined for my entire family? I expect a swift response and resolution.

On February 21, 2025, I made my reservation number 5495777 for Linaden Hotel Adrasan through Otelz.com and paid 28,000 TL. However, my reservation was canceled without my knowledge or approval. Since then, for about 8 months, I have not been able to get a refund of the amount I paid.
During this process, I contacted Otelz.com customer service multiple times. I spoke with different customer representatives, but I could not get a solution from any of them; I was constantly stalled and various excuses were made to avoid refunding my money. Eventually, I took legal action, filed a lawsuit, and won the case. Last week, I issued an enforcement order and then initiated foreclosure proceedings. This whole process has been very exhausting for me.
I request that the grievance I experienced with Otelz.com be resolved as soon as possible and that my payment be made to me with late interest in accordance with the court decision. I also advise anyone considering using this platform to be much more careful, because they collect the payment before the service is provided, and afterwards you may experience major difficulties getting your money back.
