On April 20, 2025, I made a reservation at Bella Pietra Alaçatı through Otelz.com, but despite providing my credit card details, the booking was canceled without any notification or email, with the reason being "invalid card number." As a result, my holiday reservation for June 5, 2025, was canceled, and I am now facing serious inconvenience. When I contacted customer service and the hotel, they told me there was nothing they could do. How can an agency refuse to take responsibility like this? After my early booking at ₺12,000 was canceled, the same room was listed for ₺25,000. I will be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism and other relevant authorities. Stop causing trouble for your customers.
