I Booked Hotel on Otelz.com But Reservation Doesn’t Exist



I made a reservation on Otelz.com for a one-night stay from March 31 to April 1, 2025, under reservation number 5504023. The full amount was immediately charged to my credit card. However, when I called the hotel directly today to ask a simple question, I was shocked to hear that they had no record of my reservation. Even worse, they told me they had closed sales through Otelz.com and all third-party platforms.
Later, a hotel employee called me to say that due to "mandatory reasons", my reservation needed to be canceled. I then contacted Otelz.com customer service, but they kept stalling with empty promises of a callback—no real support, no resolution.
I planned my entire trip around this booking. Had I not randomly called the hotel today, I would have shown up and been left stranded. This is completely unacceptable. You can't take my money, cancel my booking without informing me, and then refuse to take proper action.
