Disappointment with Reef Oasis Beach Resort Booking via Otelz.com

On April 23, 2024, I made a reservation for Reef Oasis Beach Resort through Otelz.com for the dates of May 6, 2024, to May 11, 2024, and made the payment with my credit card on the same day. Despite using Otelz.com for the first time, I didn't want to risk losing my day, so I booked the flight ticket early, even though it was more expensive. When we arrived at the hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, on May 6, 2024, at 14:00, the hotel staff informed us that Otelz.com had not made any payment to them. After hours of communication with Otelz.com and experiencing intense stress with the hotel, we were finally accommodated in our room in the late afternoon. Due to this situation, the extra payment made for the flight ticket and the early booking went to waste, and I could only use the hotel for 5 days instead of the planned 5 nights and 6 days. The payment made for the first day was not covered, resulting in me being a victim of this situation.
