Otelz.com Took My Payment But Didn’t Book My Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh

Two months ago, I booked and fully paid for a hotel reservation in Sharm El Sheikh through Otelz.com from Turkey. Everything appeared confirmed on their platform. But when we arrived at the hotel—after flying internationally from Turkey—we were shocked to hear that no reservation had been made in our name.

We stood at the reception desk completely stranded, with no booking, no room, and no explanation. We spent hours waiting, hoping for Otelz.com to offer a solution. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue, but they also never took responsibility or offered compensation for their mistake.

We planned this trip carefully and trusted the platform to do its job. Instead, we were left stressed and disappointed upon arrival.

Otelz.com, you must take accountability. I demand a formal explanation, compensation for the inconvenience, and clear steps to prevent other travelers from going through this same nightmare.

We did not receive any apology or compensation. The three of us were left stranded abroad with our grievances. Otelz is a regret.
