In April 2024, I decided to splurge a little and booked a room with a stunning view of the sea through Otelz.com. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned a room with a view of the sea on the side, which happened to be less expensive. Even though I had made a reservation and was exhausted when I arrived, I was still required to stay in the room that was given to me. Otelz.com refused to refund the price difference, despite assigning me a cheaper room.
