Otelz.com's Failure to Honor Room Reservation Preferences

In April 2024, I decided to splurge a little and booked a room with a stunning view of the sea through Otelz.com. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned a room with a view of the sea on the side, which happened to be less expensive. Even though I had made a reservation and was exhausted when I arrived, I was still required to stay in the room that was given to me. Otelz.com refused to refund the price difference, despite assigning me a cheaper room. If the more expensive room wasn't available, my reservation could have been changed to the cheaper room and I would have received a refund. It's been a month, and despite the promises of a response from the authorities, no progress has been made.
