I ordered the Mega Mushroom 200 ml and several other products directly from Origins’ official website. The items arrived on November 24, 2025. Although the products themselves were fine, the outer box of the Mega Mushroom 200 ml was scratched, dirty, and worn, as shown in the photos. It looked as if it had been dropped, dragged, and placed into the shipping box without any quality check. Receiving an item I paid for in this kind of damaged packaging seriously undermined my trust in the brand.
Following this experience, I called Origins customer service. They asked me to send the photos by email, which I did, providing all the information and pictures they requested. Despite this, I did not receive even a simple “sorry” or any kind of apology, nor did they offer any compensation or show any effort toward customer satisfaction. I believe the customer service response was extremely inadequate in terms of attention and problem-solving.
For my order number 6942568647, I request that the Mega Mushroom 200 ml product be resent to me with clean, undamaged packaging, or that my issue be addressed in whatever way you find appropriate. I want to emphasize that this negative experience has made me seriously reconsider choosing this brand again in the future.
