My Origins Order Arrived Incorrect and Unboxed

My Origins order was delivered incorrectly and without any packaging. Order number 6843872609 arrived, but it showed up only in the shipping box, and the products inside were completely different from what I ordered. There was no product packaging at all. As soon as I found the time, I went to the courier and returned it.

I’m urgently requesting a refund. The prices are already high, and this shouldn’t be happening. It’s a major brand, but this has been a very disappointing situation.
