Origins Skincare Products Arrived Unsealed – Possible Used or Expired Items

I ordered Origins brand skincare products, including a cream, face wash, and acne gel, but when they arrived, none of them had a protective seal. This is extremely concerning because once the seal is broken, the expiration date starts counting down—these products typically last only 6 months to a year after opening.

There’s no way to know when these were opened or if they are even safe to use. The worst part? The face wash didn’t even come in a box, making me suspect I was sent a used or previously returned product. These are hygienic items, and they should always come properly sealed.

I demand an immediate resolution—either send properly sealed products or issue a full refund. If this isn’t corrected, I will take further action to ensure this issue is addressed. Selling unsealed skincare products is completely unacceptable!
