I Bought 2 Kerastase Serums But Never Received Them or a Tracking Number

On March 7, 2025, I placed an order for two Kerastase hair serums and paid via bank transfer. It's now been more than 20 days, and I still haven’t received my package. I got an email saying my order had been shipped, but there was no tracking number provided—just a vague notice.
I contacted customer service several times, both via WhatsApp and phone. They claimed the issue was forwarded to the “relevant department,” and then gave excuses like “we couldn’t reach the distribution center.” But that doesn’t explain why my package is missing or why no one has followed up with a real solution.
What really shocks me is that many other people are clearly facing the same issue, yet the company is still actively taking orders. I’m left without my products and out of pocket—with no refund and no accountability.
