Origins Order Still Not Shipped After 7 Business Days

I placed an order for an Origins product on November 7, expecting it to be shipped within 2-5 business days as stated. However, it is now November 14, and despite 7 business days passing, my order still hasn’t been shipped.
What makes this even more frustrating is that my sibling ordered after me, yet their package arrived within 2-3 days. When I called customer service, I was told that orders should be shipped within a maximum of 5 days, but instead of offering a solution, the representative dismissed my concern, saying, "Well, there is a backlog."
This is completely unprofessional. I demand an immediate update on my order status and for Origins to honor their promised shipping times. Why is my order delayed while others are delivered on time? I expect a resolution now!
