Charged on Origins Website for Out-of-Stock Item, Refund Still Pending
On 07/04 at 2:52 PM, I made an online purchase on the Origins website, paying ₺920. After the transaction was completed and the amount was deducted from my account, I received a notification stating, "The product is out of stock."
When I checked my account, I saw that the payment had been processed under the name Elca Kozmetik. I immediately contacted customer service, and they informed me that the refund for the unbilled amount would be processed a week after the holiday.
I find this unacceptable. If the product was unavailable, I should not have been charged in the first place. I demand an immediate refund of my payment. Origins should address this issue urgently to restore trust.
