Stay Away! Oral-B iO-9 Electric Toothbrush Set of 2 Charging Issues

We have been using your electric toothbrushes for many years. You may have a hard time believing it, but the number of rechargeable (Oral-B) brushes we have used so far (myself, my wife, my children, my parents, etc.) has exceeded 10 (I can photograph most of them right now; I even bought one to give as a birthday present soon). There is also an unopened package; I can send you the invoice if you want.). But there is a problem; Charging problems occur after a certain period of time in almost all brushes. I had/I'm experiencing the same problem with the Oral-B iO-9 Electric Toothbrush Set of 2 I bought last time (it doesn't hold a charge). I wanted to write to you this time because this product is much more expensive than others I have purchased so far.
